[Userland-team] need help, weired zfs pool disk

Hi,

We have a raidz2 storage pool with 10 HDD, and suddenly the 3rd drive in the pool disappear and become the 1st drive.
The first 8 HDD are attached to Areca ARC-1222 card. Checked the both the card and HDD, all seems to be fine.

Please help how to troubleshoot and recovery the storage pool?
