Issue #3609 has been updated by r a.

I built ISC Bind 9.9.2 with the following options '--prefix=/opt/gnu' '--sysconfdir=/etc' '--enable-threads' '--enable-largefile' '--enable-ipv6' '--enable-shared' '--disable-static' 'CC=gcc . Currently I have moved original /usr/sbin/named sideways and have a sumbollic link to /opt/gnu/sbin/named. The /etc/named.conf includes the 9.9.2 directives.

Can the default BIND release be upgraded to 9.9.2. This does build normally on OpenIndiana 151a7 and includes support for RFC 6698 and the new TLSA dns records.
