Update the Ntp 4.2.5p200 package to a currently supported stable release.

The Network Time Protocol (NTP) is used to synchronize the time of a
computer client or server to another server or reference time source,
such as a radio, satellite receiver, or modem

The current source for production use is: 4.2.6p5
