[Xnv-team] [OpenIndiana Distribution - Feature #3292] bump pixman version to the latest

[illumos project]

Issue #3292 has been updated by Ken Mays.


I've compiled and tested both 32/64-bit builds of Pixman 0.28.2 with Xserver 1.7.7. Pixman 0.28.2 works well and passes all of its' internal tests. I don't see any problem migrating it to the next release of OI.

pixman lib is 0.18.4, too old for the latest version of firefox. It would be nice to have newer, e.g. 0.26.2
