Ticket Resolved. As of today, Nvidia 304.x drivers makes sense for a9->a##/dev releases while the Nvidia 319.x drivers are fine for hipster/test releases. The implementation of the latest driver versions is optional here - as we'd do this during normal bug fixes as needed.

Standardize on Nvidia 304.108 driver to minimize graphic driver issues and to continually support legacy Nvidia graphic hardware on both /dev and /hipster testing environments.
