[oi-dev] Improving the current Wordpress Website

In my mind, I think this should be something decided by what direction
we go with the artwork. I had proposed (and am trying to run) a
community process for OpenIndiana branding, and I voluntarily included
the website design as part of its scope.

But for temporary stuff, TwentyTen is a nice theme.
