Did you check what /usr/src is on your installed system?   At least here
it's:

lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root          11 Jul 22 17:47 /usr/src -> ./share/src/

The package system is telling you someone already made a link there in
another package, it can't reuse that path for a directory as well.
