I'd like to confirm Milan's findings: got similar reports from
package update into a nightly build (checked out this week).

A clone of nightly-2012-02-23 exists and has been updated and activated.
On the next boot the Boot Environment nightly-2012-04-20 will be mounted 
on '/'.
Reboot when ready to switch to this updated BE.

The directories in question (/usr/share/man/cat5, /usr/share/man/cat1m,
/usr/share/man/cat1) do exist in my currently active old BE, contain
about 60 manpage files altogether, and they got removed in the new BE.
