[oi-dev] [developer] illumos-userland

Gordon,

I have modifications on build system for correct runpath for all userland
components.

I have tested this userland on illumian  and oi-experimental - works well.

All components from userland have correct dependencies to GCC44 - I'm using
it as default now.
