[oi-dev] New pkg5 in the repo

Hi All

I took Adam's pkg5 work (thanks Adam!), synced the source up with
Oracle's tree as of tonight and committed the changes to the repo.

OI hipster is using pkg5 bits from https://github.com/OpenIndiana/pkg5
now which can be synced with upstream quite easily.

I did try basic operations and installing a zone using updated pkg5
and things seemed to work fine. If you notice that something is not
working please let me know.

Please note that GUI tools were decommissioned by Oracle and will
automatically get uninstalled after running 'pkg update'.
