[oi-dev] new (minor) dependency issue in hipster repo

Hi Chad

osnet incorporation package would normally prevent what you saw from
happening. I should have bumped build number when publishing vanilla
illumos packages to the /hipster repo. I didn't do I, hence your
problems.

For now, update your systems before installing any new packages
originating from illumos-gate as a workaround.
