I have access to reconfigure Mailman. If you'd like to ease off a bit on
the conspiracy theories and give some real examples of where the subject
line is getting in the way, I'd be happy to help. On this particular
mailing list, the "[oi-dev]" prefix hardly seems to be a problem. Was
there another you were talking about?
