[oi-dev] ntptrace fails on hipster

Running ntptrace gives the following error:

# ntptrace
Can't locate NTP/Util.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/share/ntp/lib

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/sbin/ntptrace line 8.

It looks like it should be in /usr/share/ntp/ but that directory doesn't 
exist.  I did a pkg search and couldn't find any package that contains 
that directory.  I assume that it's missing from the ntp package.
