[oi-dev] Automake version

Hi,
It seems that MPICH will now require Automake 1.15 for some reason.
I see that 1.14 is in the userland tree but not published, is there any
reason ?
I just tried out 1.15 and aside from the no longer required CVE patch I did
not face any issue so far.
Can we plan delivering 1.15 in a near future or is there any known issue ?
