[oi-dev] Valgrind packaging

Hi,
current work on the component is here:
https://github.com/alarcher/oi-userland/tree/valgrind/components/valgrind
It provides a 32-bit only build and a 64-bit multiarch build, isaexec is
used.
I need to cleanup the manifest to remove unnecessary files (other
platforms).
