Hi.

I'm going to update libnotify to 0.7.6, as it is required by Mate, 
Webkit2, Gnome 3 and who knows what else.

It's ABI-incompatible update, which affects following applications from 
/hipster-2015:

pkg:/gnome/zenity
pkg:/library/desktop/search/tracker
pkg:/library/python-2/python-notify-26
pkg:/library/python-2/python-notify-27
pkg:/mail/evolution
pkg:/print/lp/print-manager

and pkg:/media/vlc from /hipster-encumbered

So far I've tested in some manner only notification-daemon, 
gnome-settings-daemon, updated tracker  and python-notify.

Additional testers are welcome. Most changes are straightforward, and I 
worry most of all for python-notify and tracker (as it's updated to 
0.10.x series).

Patched and rebuilt packages are available from 
http://buildzone.oi-build.r61.net:1000/. Rebuilt vlc is available from 
http://buildzone.oi-build.r61.net:1002/ . If no issues are reported I'm 
going to integrate updated libnotify and necessary patches to dependent 
components in two days.
