[oi-dev] Mate 1.14

Set aside some time for a test Live ISO and we can test MATE and all of the components.UEFI/BIOS and Intel KMS/DRM are other components to test.~K

s/policykit/polkit/g

Messed them up...

BTW, there's polkit in pkgsrc, which seems to build on Solaris/illumos.
