Hi Alexander,

I've modified everything you've suggested, and improved a few other 
areas as well. Please have another look:

I'd like to see logging enabled as well. From what I have read about 
echelog, they require the channel to be populated at all times by at 
least 5 users. So, we could use a few more folks willing to regularly 
hang out in the #oi-documentation channel.
