[oi-dev] illumos-gcc and mpc/mpfr/gmp

Sharing is good unless it causes harm so the third option seems 
preferable.  When I was building GCC myself under OpenIndiana for 
personal use, I believe that these libraries were shared by multiple 
GCC builds and I did not encounter a problem.
