[oi-dev] libxml2 and libxslt need update

Hi,
I noticed that these can be updated together with the xml test suite:

1) libxml2: https://repology.org/metapackage/libxml2/versions (tests fail
in 64bit due to 32bit python interpreter used in the test suite)

2) libxslt: https://repology.org/metapackage/libxslt/versions (need fix to
the mapfile)

I tried yesterday but I will not have the time to dig further right now.

Is anyone interested in taking over the task?
