[oi-dev] Help with 2018.10 release notes

 Michael,
1. illumos refresh - any known MAJOR issues with current (>=2018/10/22)?
2. Spacing issue in page: "Pidgin was updated(_)to 2.13.0."3. Can decide to mention about Firefox ESR 60.0.2 exclusion. (NO time for deadline, etc...).
4. Any known installation issues and workarounds?5. Any known issues on AMD ThreadRipper/Ryzen installs?

Sofar I added entries of "XXX updated to version ###" nature. I 
obviously tend to add things I worked on, so don't be shy and add what 
you worked on during last 6 months.

Though, feel free to remove what you don't find significant enough, fix 
errors etc, merge entries.

I especially miss updates in following sections: Nodejs, X-stack, 
toolchain, illumos, oi-userland build.
