[oi-dev] Image Packaging Developer's Guide

Hi.

We have CDDL-licensed Image Packaging Developer's Guide sources under https://github.com/OpenIndiana/pkg5/tree/oi/doc .

After small changes ( https://github.com/pyhalov/pkg5/tree/dev-guide ) I even could generate http://buildzone.oi-build.r61.net/pkg-guide/ . 

I'm just interested, what do you think? Does it worth fixing/supporting this guide in this format or should we just merge relevant information to oi-docs?
