I manually updated our illumos-gate with two loader fixes by Toomas as 
they are not integrated to the gate. This version should work:

   pkg://openindiana.org/system/boot/loader@1.1-2019.0.0.19072

It certainly works for me but I wasn't affected in the first place. If 
someone affected can test it, that would be great.
