Yes.  The link was part of libjpeg6-ijg.  Since the package is obsoleted
now we are just waiting for the next update of the libjpeg-turbo to
uncoment it:

Since nothing in OpenIndiana depends on such a symlink there was not yet
a reason to do the actual uncomment.
