Hi Dave,

My brother is going to switch to OpenIndiana in the new year and to 
reduce the number of "support calls" I purchased the OpenSolaris Bible 
as a Christmas gift.
As OpenSolaris has been dropped, could this book be reworked but 
targeted at OpenIndiana in the long term as the book is as relevant to 
OpenIndiana users in the short term.
