I think it was included as dependency os xvm, because HVM virtualization
offers one VNC port for each guest to connect to and use the guest.
which is totally understandable for machines where XVM is used as a
desktop virtualization replacement.
however XVM is more powerful, and is (IMHO) the best variant for general
virtualization. to support a minimal machine approach (in terms of
installed software), installation of tigervnc should be optional.
