I would guess that post was from an Oracle employee who has access to 
the unreleased (to the public) development versions of what used to be 
called OpenSolaris, but is now called Oracle Solaris 11.

snv_160 would be a few internal releases further along than the snv_151a 
release of Oracle Solaris 11 Express.
