suspend is only supported on graphics devices with dedicated kernel drivers
(Intel & Nvidia), not on any devices like ATI Radeon that fallback to the
generic vgatext kernel driver, since correct suspend needs to know a lot more
about the device specifics than the generic/common VGA model provides.
