The QLE4062C card is a hardware Iscsi initiator.  To the host it appears
like a normal SCSI HBA with directly-attached disks.  All of the Iscsi
configuration is done on the card itself, with Qlogic's CLI utility.
You can only use it as an initiator, not as a target.
