[OpenIndiana-discuss] zfs-auto-snapshots security policy issue

I am trying to enable the ZFS Auto Snapshots on a clean install the of the server edition of OI 151a

By default zfs-auto-snapshot is not installed with the server edition, so I installed it and then enabled the service

# pkg install zfs-auto-snapshot
# svcadm enable time-slider

The service immediately falls into maintenance mode with the following in the log file

I would appreciate any insight on how to fix this issue.
