[OpenIndiana-discuss] can't run updates, says live image

This bug is still present in OI_151b, (/dev-il)

when doing "webinstall" via GUI, clicking on *.p5i install description
file (from pkg.openindiana.org/dev-il).

It is saying system runs live image that definitely is not the case.
And now I see it is saying it is live image, even when trying to install
from Package manager, as I previously tried to download and install
image-update that fails due of server-side pkg refuses to update on
lower speed... :,,
