Riiiight.  Obama's communist plot is so sneaky, he went back in time to the
1960s to make sure encryption software would be classified as munitions, so
that even now, after the rules had been loosened several times, there would
still be some restrictions.  Because THOSE people will STOP AT NOTHING to
get their way!

Whatever.  Gotta love conspiracy theories.
