I suspect many manufacturers these days, including Oracle/Sun, Intel,
Supermicro, and others I am sure, are simply OEMing ILO/ALOM/ILOM/RMM, etc
products from AMI.... You know AMI.. the bios guys, the guys who sold
megaraid to LSI, etc. They are doing a lot licensing of their MegaRAC
products on white labels which are their generally implemented as mezzanine
cards integrated on the various motherboards.
