[OpenIndiana-discuss] Upgrade failed

All,
   I was trying upgrade from oi_148 to oi_151a and it failed with message below:

Update Phase                             10094/33221 The running system has not been modified. Modifications were only made to a clone of the running system.  This clone is mounted at /tmp/tmp9vJXh7 should you wish to inspect it.

pkg: The requested operation cannot be completed due to invalid package metadata.  Details follow:

Anyway I think I made the fix and, but it will not let me re-run the update command:

pfexec pkg image-update -v --be-name oi_151a

Saying that oi_151a already exists. How do I remove the be environment so I can re-runt he command?
