This evening I went to perform an update and encountered a similar
problem but due to the GCC 2.6.2 dependency libraries. The package
URL for the GCC 2.6.2 dependency libraries has apparently changed even
though the libraries otherwise seem to be the same. Perhaps LLVM
depends on similar libraries but which use a somewhat different
package URL. GCC 2.6.2 does not show that it has been updated.
In my case, an available update to already installed LLVM triggered
this problem and after deselecting to update LLVM, I was able to
install other packages.
It may be that uninstalling GCC 2.6.2 and the libraries it depends on
(MPFR, etc.) and then re-installing GCC 2.6.2 might solve this problem
for me. Or I might find that it is impossible to install GCC 2.6.2
and latest LLVM at the same time because they have conflicting
dependencies.
