Hi,

I've recently added an M1115 flashed to IT mode which appears to be
detected fine but since adding it the screen goes blank when the system
boots (after the console login: line appears).

Top shows Xorg using 100% of one core.

The server has a Supermicro X8ST3-F and it's the onboard IBMI/gfx card that
i'm trying to view - Matrox G200eW. The rest of the motherboard details are
here is that helps
http://www.supermicro.co.uk/products/motherboard/Xeon3000/X58/X8ST3-F.cfm

scanpci has the following entries:

(1) pci bus 0x0004 cardnum 0x00 function 0x00: vendor 0x1000 device 0x0072
 LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS2008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2 [Falcon]

(2) pci bus 0x0005 cardnum 0x00 function 0x00: vendor 0x1000 device 0x0058
 LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS1068E PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS

(3) pci bus 0x0008 cardnum 0x04 function 0x00: vendor 0x102b device 0x0532
Matrox Electronics Systems Ltd. MGA G200eW WPCM450

(1) is the new M1115, (2) is the onboard SAS and (3) is the VGA/IPMI
controller

echo "::interrupts -d" | mdb -k gives:

I can't think of anything else to look at. The next thing I am going to do
is remove the card and compare the working Xorg log to see if anything
jumps out.

I also tried the latest Live CD to see if it was something about my install
but it exhibits the same problem.

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks,

Daniel
