Oh, and by the way - some of the problems with recruiting at universities are: 1) the students tend to be busy with their studies, 2) they are still in the process of acquiring the skills, 3) they lack experience, and 4) they tend to want to make a lot right off if you're considering hiring them full time straight out of college. 

Among the good points, though, is that you may be able to get fresh talent, possibly even at an affordable price, if they can work for you part time while still in school.
