[OpenIndiana-discuss] Configuring a zone(firewall) to behave like a bridge

Hi all.
I have an architecture where it has firewalls which protect subnetwork.
I want to configure these firewalls to behave like bridges.
I have read that vnic can be add to bridge.
Can someone tell me how can i achieve this?
