Depends on how you look at it. 


You have a nice classic high-end 3.33Ghz Quad-core/32GB RAM workstation.

Oddly, that is around the retail price of most new high-end cellphones - before discounts...

      Hello,

      No, When new those cpus were going for about $1400 each and with
      that much ram and being ECC, I think it was a great buy.
