Yes I have. I wrote below cfgadm -Cv but I meant devfsadm -Cv .  Sorry.I have also removed and recreated the path_to_install, disabled and re-enabled sas multipath (dual expander jbod)by stmsboot -d and -e.When multipath is disable this message does not appear (and also the disk does not appear).
So somewhere at boottime the disk is detected and the system is trying to offline it.
