Hi,
is this 'phantom' HD or it is really plugged in?
If phantom:
I see that you can afford reboot, so try to shutdown box and storage case (if external).
Remove and put back all disks.
If plugged in:
try to locate it (look at lights on case closure) and replug (or replace if really broken)
