[OpenIndiana-discuss] passwd command not update smbpasswd file in 151a9

I think don't need to enable users with 'smbadm enable-user <username>',
because passwd command already do it.
test it's OK.
I diff "truss passwd test" and "truss -f smabadm enable-user test", looks support my result.
