There was one for SFE I remember being fairly complex - but we'd need this for dev with the minimum number of steps just to upgrade an existing package... or is this already available somewhere on the net?
For starters, after upgrading to newest hipster,
one can set up build zone where development packages can be installed
instead using the global zone.
It gives ability to change and rollback several different build
environments with it's packages in seperate zones that avoids the need
for reinstall after testing etc. Default for zones in OI hipster now is
linked image and there is also

For using pfexec for admin account, one can edit /etc/user_attr ,
because unfortunately for new admin account,
beside sudo, pfexec is not set after fresh install.
