[OpenIndiana-discuss] Update of GCC 5.4 and addition of GCC 6.3 in Hipster

Hi,

Just landed in the repository:
- GCC 5.4 updated to use latest versions of GMP, MPFR and MPC
  Ref: https://github.com/OpenIndiana/oi-userland/pull/2753
- GCC 6.3 freshly added
  Ref: https://github.com/OpenIndiana/oi-userland/pull/2745

Both benefit from the illumos-gcc patchset by Rich Lowe, required to build
the illumos-gate.
GCC 6.3 is already used by Igor for DilOS but in a Debian environment (and
with some modifications).

Please have fun with testing.
