Hi Russel,

Yes, I did tried:
VirtualBox-5.2.0_BETA2-117563-SunOS.tar.gz

but unfortunately, it did not worked. Since I was in rush (did not had 
time to investigate why), i have reverted back to one working (read: I 
have no clue why it did not started/worked - neither i have wrote down 
error)
