Hi Aurélien

Maybe font config looks at wrong directory (not sure what is proper 
location at all anymore. I just gave up on fixing that - every day I 
delete cache).
All I know is that /var/cache/fontconfig grows more when using FF/TB 
applications, and that ~/.xsession-errors is full of errors:

This morning I had record 1+ million of entries in /var/cache/fontconfig 
directory.

$ ls -al /tmp/fam-predrag_zecevic/*

/tmp/fam-predrag_zecevic/fam-

$ ps -ef | grep gam[_]server
   global     root  2415     1   0 11:05:05 ?           0:00 
/usr/lib/amd64/gam_server
