[OpenIndiana-discuss] wiki.openindiana.org returns 503 Service Unavailable

Yeah, it definetely seems to have issues. Sometimes the front page 
loads, but then you get a 503 if you click something.

My guess is that it's an issue in confluence or tomcat needs to be 
restarted.
