[OpenIndiana-discuss] Insufficient Disk space for updates reported

$ zpool list
$ zfs list
$ zfs list -t snapshot
$ beadm list

is reporting?
you have a disk space issue
vmstat will report on memory/swap

pkg fix also generates a new boot environment
