In UEFI mode, OI-hipster-text-20201031.usb image boots only to
maintenance but OI-hipster-text-20201031.iso CD image works fine.

My WAG is the bug is not with bootx64.efi but somewhere in the
UFS partition on the USB image but I need to dig deeper.
