You have to get the appropriate driver version 375.82 from Nvidia
Solaris Driver archive
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/120913/
and install it:
https://wiki.openindiana.org/oi/Nvidia+Graphics
i did the same yesterday for my 1030 GTX
